Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended on 30th September, 2018 and Statement of Assets & Liabilities as on 30th September, 2018, on the basis of the Limited Review Report conducted by the Statutory Auditor of the Company. 2. Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Ms. Babita Shah (DIN: 07771685) has been appointed as an additional director (Non-executive Independent Director) of the Company with immediate effect. 3. Ms. Babita Shah (DIN: 07771685) has been inducted as a member of the following Committees of the Board: (i) Nomination and Remuneration Committee; and (ii) Audit Committee;
