The Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2019; 2. Recommendation of declaration of dividend for financial year ended 31st March, 2019, if any; 3. Any other matter with the permission of Chair. You are requested to take a note of the same and oblige.
