SHREE RAMA NEWSPRINT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We hereby inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 and 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 12th August, 2019, to, inter alia, consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company was already closed and continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the completion of Board Meeting.
