SHREE RAMA NEWSPRINT LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed on 04th April, 2019 and continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019 to the public.
