SHREE RENUKA SUGARS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is with reference to our letter dated 25th April 2019 intimating the Stock Exchanges about the Board Meeting scheduled on 8th May 2019, we wish to inform you that the a meeting of the Board of Directors to, inter alia, consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31st March 2019, will be held on 16th May 2019, instead of 8th May 2019, as informed earlier. The meeting of Board of Directors scheduled on 8th May 2019 will consider, inter alia, the restructuring of the terms of listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) issued by the Company. Further, "Trading Window" for trading in the Companys equity shares by the Specified Persons shall continue to remain closed till 18th May 2019. The Trading Window for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall re-open from 20th May 2019.
