SHREE STEEL WIRE ROPES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. the Audited Financial Results of the Company for quarter and year ended 31st March, 2019; 2. To discuss any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further, pursuant to Companys code of conduct for regulating, monitoring, reporting trading by designated persons and as informed vide letter dated 4th April, 2019, the Trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company has been closed from 4th April, 2019 and shall remain closed till 1st June, 2019. The Trading Window shall re-open with effect from 2nd June, 2019
