SHREE STEEL WIRE ROPES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve 1. Approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019 2. To discuss any other matter with the permission of the Chair. Further pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring, reporting trading by designated persons and as informed vide letter dated 3rd July, 2019, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company has been closed from 3rd July, 2019 and shall remain closed till 16th August, 2019. The Trading Window shall re-open with effect from 17th August, 2019.
