The Board has approved Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2019 AND recommended a Dividend of Rs. 5.00/- per share (including a one-time Special Dividend of Rs. 3.00/- per share) on fully paid on fully paid equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2019, subject to the approval of shareholders at 39th Annual General Meeting scheduled on Monday, 15th July 2019. The dividend, if declared, shall be paid on or after 20th July, 2019.
