In continuation of our letter dated 25.09.2018, wherein we have intimated to you outcome of Annual General Meeting (AGM). We are enclosing herewith the Disclosure under Regulation 44 (3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, relating to voting results for 28th Annual General Meeting held on 25.09.2018. The item no.1 to 7 as stated in the notice of AGM dated 14.08.2018 have been carried and passed by requisite majority. Kindly disseminate the information on the official website of the exchange for the information of all members of the Exchange and Investors.
