Please find enclosed herewith a copy of audited Financial Results as per NBFC- Format alongwith, limited review report under the prescribed format pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015. The Board meeting of the company commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded 01:30 P.M.
