Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2018 The Board had approved the unaudited financial results (Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2018 that has been recommended by the Audit Committee held today and the Extract of the detailed format of the Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2018, to be filed with the Stock Exchanges pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations,2015 (Quick Results) for Publication along with the unaudited financial results quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2018 are being forwarded for your information and records. 2. Reconstitution of Risk Management Committee in accordance with the latest amendment of SEBI (LODR) based on Market Capitalization as on March 31, 2019.
