Pursuant to applicable Regulations of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as SEBI Listing Regulations) including Regulation 30, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on May 30, 2019, (which commenced at 10:00 a.m. and concluded at 3:45 p.m.) has inter-alia, approved the:- (i) Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 4th Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2019 (Standalone and Consolidated) as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations; (ii) Audited Balance Sheet as at March 31, 2019 and the Statement of Profit and Loss of the Company for FY 2018-19 - both on Standalone and Consolidated basis prepared under Ind-AS, for the Financial year ended on that date.
