DG/330 & 331 dated 24th January, 2019, we wish to inform you that the Companys Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and 9 months ended 31st December, 2018 were placed before the Board and taken on record at the Board Meeting held today. The meeting commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 4.00 p.m. The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are enclosed herewith. We also enclose a copy of the "Limited Review Report for the quarter and nine month period ended 31st December 2018" issued by our Statutory Auditors.
