SKIL Infrastructure Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 to consider and approve, inter alia, the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. Further, as already informed in our letter dated April 04, 2019, kindly note that the trading window of the Company was closed from Thursday, April 04, 2019 and will continue to remain close till Thursday, May 30, 2019 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Companys Board Meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, May 28, 2019
