Please find the enclosed documents as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015: 1. Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the Second Quarter and half-Year ended on 30th September, 2018. 2. A certified copy of the Limited Review Report on Standalone Financial Results issued for the Second Quarter and half-Year ended on 30th September, 2018. 3. Appointment of Mr. Guruprasad Sowle as Chief Fianancial Officer of the Company w.e.f from 14th November, 2018. The Meeting commenced at 05.00 P.M. and ended at 07:00 P.M.
