Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we submit herewith Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2018, prepared as per Ind-AS and which was approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today. We are also enclosing herewith the Limited Review Report of the Financial Results issued by M/s. Ashar & Co., Statutory Auditors of the company. The Meeting commenced at 4.00 pm and concluded at 4.45 p.m. We request you to kindly take the same on record.
