The Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 18th May, 2019, inter alia has considered and approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019. A copy of the aforesaid Financial Result along with the Auditors Report thereon and the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications in Annexure-I (Standalone) has been submitted for taking the same on record.
