Further, we would like to inform that pursuant to our letter dated 03rd April, 2019 the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company has been closed for Directors, Officers and designated employees of the Company with effect from 03rd April, 2019 and shall re-open after expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2019.
