This is to inform you that Board of Directors of the Company, in its Meeting held today i.e. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 ("said meeting"), has inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First half ended 30th September, 2018. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclosed the following: Statement showing the Unaudited Financial Results for the First half year as on 30th September, 2018. Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended 30th September, 2018. Limited Review report on the Financial Results for the period ended 30th September, 2018 duly signed by Statutory Auditor.
