Total outstanding dues of creditors other than micro enterprises and small enterprises 1,629.89 874.02 c) Revised Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Declaration with respect to audit report with unmodified opinion i) Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors of the Company has issued the Audit Report under the Companies Act, 2013 and Financial Results as prepared under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2018 with unmodified opinion for annual audited Consolidated financial results; and ii) Pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) (d) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors of the Company has issued the Audit Report under the Companies Act, 2013 and Financial Results as prepared under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2018 with unmodified opinion for annual audited Standalone financial results.
