Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Schedule III Part A and Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, please find enclosed herewith the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the 4th quarter/ year ended 31st March, 2018 along with the Audit Report by M/s Lodha & Co,., Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors thereon. 2. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of the Listing Regulations, the Board of Directors has decided to opt to adopt and disclose the quarterly /year to date standalone financial results only to the stock exchanges for the financial year 2018-19. The Board Meeting commenced at 7:00 P.M. and concluded at 07.40 P.M. These results are also being made available on the Companys website at www.jindalinfralogistics.com
