This is to bring to your kind attention that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 17, 2017 (which commenced at 10:00 A.M. and concluded at 1:00 P.M.) has inter-alia, approved the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial year ended March 31, 2017 and Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017, both Standalone and Consolidated. We would like to confirm that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued Auditors Report with unmodified opinion on these financial statements. Copies of the said Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2017, along with Statutory Auditors Report are enclosed herewith, for your information and records. You are requested to take note of the same and inform your members accordingly.
