At the meeting held today the Board of Directors of the Company approved the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter / year ended March 31,2018 Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI ( Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements ) Regulations, 2015 , we are enclosing the following : 1. Statement Showing the Audited Financial Results ( Standalone ) for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2018 2. Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results - Standalone 3. Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the year ended 31st March 2018-(Standalone) 4. Declaration on behalf of the company w.r.t. issuance of an Audit Report by the Statutory Auditor of the company with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results.
