This is to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on 29th May, 2018 that commenced at 04:00 PM and concluded at 5:10 PM Inter-alia has: 1. Considered and approved Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018 along with Audit Report thereon from Statutory Auditor, M/s. J. A. Sheth & Associates, Chartered Accountants. Pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended, we do hereby confirm that the Statutory Auditors of the Company M/s. J. A. Sheth & Associates, have not expressed any modified opinion(s) in their audit report pertaining to the audited financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2018. Further, Declaration in this regard is attached along with certifications as required by Regulation 33(2) & 17(8) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
