The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, inter-alia considered, approved and taken on record the Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year and quarter ended on 31st March, 2018. In terms of the Regulation 33(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the followings : 1. Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended on 31st March, 2018. 2. Audit Report of the Statutory Auditors and 3. Annexure I as a Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications. These results have been published in the newspapers.
