N. Dhawan & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company - Annexures B & C respectively; (iii) Declaration that the Statutory Auditors have issued the aforesaid Audit Reports with unmodified opinion in terms of SEBI Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2016-17/001 dated May 25, 2016 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016 - Annexure D.
