The Statement in the prescribed proforma showing the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2017 along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors thereof is enclosed herewith for your kind information. The aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 2.30 P.M. and concluded at 4.00 P.M.
