Further to our letter dated April 12, 2018 and pursuant to Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (hereinafter referred to as the Listing Regulations), we enclose herewith the Audited Financial Results (both Consolidated and Stand-alone) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. The above financial results were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on April 19, 2018. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 03.00 P.M. and concluded at 5.50 P.M. A copy of the Audit Report submitted by the Statutory Auditors, both on the consolidated and standalone financial results is enclosed. The summary of the Financial Results will be published in newspapers as required under the Listing Regulations. A copy of the press release issued on the above is enclosed. We request you to inform your members accordingly.
