We wish to inform that, the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on 28th day of September, 2018 and the business as mentioned in the Notice was transacted and all the resolutions were passed with requisite majority, including the resolution of declaration of dividend for the financial year ended 2017-18 @ Rs. 4/-(40%) per equity share of Rs. 10/- each. Enclosed please find the following: 1. Voting results as required under Regulation 44 (3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as Annexure I. 2. Consolidated Report of Scrutinizer for remote e-voting and polling at the AGM as per the provisions of Section 108 and Section 109 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules prescribed thereunder. The same is also available on the website of the Company (www.sswlindia.com). The Divided will be paid latest by 27th October, 2018. Kindly take the same on your records for reference
