Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule III) and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, i.e. on Friday, May 24,2019, inter-alia, considered and unanimously: 1. Approved the Audited Financial Results (Stand alone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019. Copy of the same is enclosed along with the Reports of the Auditors thereon and a declaration duly signed by the Company Secretary stating that the said reports are with unmodified opinion. 2. Approved the Audited Financial Statements (Stand alone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2019. Kindly take the above information on record and acknowledge receipt.
