Unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2019 (Q1). 2. Declaration of Interim Dividend, if any, to the equity shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year 2019-20. Further, as per the provisions of the Company’s Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, trading window for designated employees of the Company is closed from July 01, 2019 to July 31, 2019 (both days inclusive).
