As required under Clause 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 (LODR), we furnish herewith a copy of the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March 2018 which were approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting held on 28th May,2018 along with the copy of the Reports of the Auditors. We hereby declare and confirm that the Audit Reports issued by PKKG P.K.K.G.Balasubramaniam & Associates and Chandran and Raman, Chartered Accountants, Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company on the Annual Audited Financial Results(Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended 31st March,2018 are unmodified.
