This is to inform, In view of declaration of the Un - audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31st, 2017, the trading window under the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading shall remain closed for dealing in shares of the Company for the specified persons defined in the code from 26th January, 2018 and shall open 48 hours i.e., after the announcement of financial results of the company.
