The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 15.05.2018 has, inter alia considered and approved the following: Audited Financial Results (both standalone & consolidated Results) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2018. Recommendation of equity dividend @ 6% (60 paise per share) for the financial year 2017-18, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, copies of the aforesaid financial Results together with the auditors report and declaration given by Chief Financial Officer are herewith attached. The above information may kindly be taken on record.
