Enclosed herewith please find the audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) in the prescribed format under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 along with Audit Report thereon (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2018. 2 The results have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 30th May 2018. 3 Further, Pursuant to Regulation 43 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company has recommended a dividend of Re. 1.85 per share for year ended March 31, 2018 on equity share capital as on 31.03.2018.
