With reference to your email regarding submission of Audited Financial Results in the revised format as per Schedule III of Companies Act, 2013, we hereby submit the copy of Standalone Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31.03.2017 along with Auditors Report thereon, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and declaration pursuant to the second proviso to the Regulation to the Regulation 33(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
