This is to inform that the Company will submit quarterly/year to date standalone financial results only during the financial year 2018-19 and not opts to additionally submit quarterly/year to date consolidated financial results. However, the Company will submit audited annual consolidated financial results along with audited annual Standalone financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2019.
