Sub : Un-audited Financial Result for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2017 As already informed to you, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) has commenced in respect of ANG Industries Limited under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC) vide order dated 31st August, 2017 passed by the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Delhi Bench. Mr. Ilam Chand Kamboj, has been confirmed as Resolution Professional (RP) of the Company on 28th September, 2017 by Committee of Creditors (CoC) constituted in terms of the IBC. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Resolution Professional has today i.e February 9, 2018, considered and taken on record the un-audited Financial Results and limited review report for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2017. The Un-audited financial results and limited review report of the statutory auditor of the Company is enclosed herewith. The Company has transitioned to Ind-AS from the Financial Year 2017-18 . Further, please note that the Company has already made necessary arrangements to publish the same in newspaper as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
