As per requirements under Regulation 52(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the unaudited half-yearly financial results of our Corporation for the period ended 31.03.2018 along with limited review report. Kindly note that WBIDFC falls under the exception proviso of Regulation 52(4) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 since the said regulation is totally not applicable in case of unsecured debt instruments issued by regulated financial sector entities eligible for meeting, capital requirements as specified by respective regulators. Hence, WBIDFC, as a NBFC(D), has to adhere to the capital adequacy norms as specified by the RBI in Master Direction-Non-Banking Financial Company -Systematically Important Non-Deposit Taking Company and Deposit Taking Company (Reserve Bank) Directions, 2016. Therefore, it appears that we are not required to provide the additional information required under the said regulation.
