K. Chambers, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400 705, India, on Saturday, 6th January, 2018 at 10.00 a.m. for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s) the proposed arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Amalgamation of Navkar Terminals Limited into Navkar Corporation Limited and their respective shareholders.
