SUN PHARMA ADVANCED RESEARCH COMPANY LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 29/07/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29 (1) of the SEBI (Listing obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Limited will be held on Monday, 29th July, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve, the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2019. Further, kindly note that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for trading by designated persons, shall remain closed upto 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company on 29th July 2019.
