Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2019. 2. Audited Report (Unmodified Opinion) on the Audited Financial Results. 3. Declaration by the Company for Audited Report with Unmodified Opinion. Kindly note that as per the SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016 our Company is dispense with the existing requirement of Filling Form A and Form B for Audit Report with Unmodified or Modified opinion respectively.
