We wish to inform you that the Company vide its letter dated 20th November, 2018 had pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015 intimated to the stock exchanges that the Interim Resolution Professional shall consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2018 (Results) on 27th November, 2018. The server of the company was hacked and police complaint regarding such hacking of server logged on 12th November, 2018 refer our letter dated 13th November, 2018. After completion of police investigation the process of restoration of server initiated. The process of verification and confirmation of data restored is still under process and may take more time. In light of above you are requested to grant extension for publication of results until system is completely verified and confirmed. You are further requested to grant waiver from imposition of penalty since the situation is beyond the control of the company. The company shall keep exchange updated regarding further developments in the above matter and new date of results publication.
