With reference to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 dated November 19, 2018 regarding disclosure of reasons for delay in submission of financial results by the listed entity, we wish to inform that due to the reasons as mentioned herein below, the Company expects a delay of some days in submission of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2019, beyond the due date for submission of Financial Results for the relevant period i.e. 30th May, 2019. The results of the earlier quarters were delayed due to unavoidable cicumstances and continuation of the cascading effect of the same has resulted in delay in declaration of Financial Results for the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2019 also. Further, the above referred results would be intimated to the Stock Exchanges when they are approved by the Board. Kindly take note of the above and oblige.
