Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, February 14, 2019 have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December, 2018 and the copy of same along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company is annexed herewith. The results will be published in the newspapers pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) of the aforesaid regulations.
