Surya Industrial Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 29, 2019, inter alia, to transacts the following matters: 1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Result for the Quarter and Year and ended on March 31, 2019. 2. To consider and approve the Auditor Report on the Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2019. Further, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and with the Companys Code of Conduct of Insider Trading, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the Company securities was closed from April 08, 2019 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results.
