S.V.TRADING has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 11/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2018. Further, the Company confirms that in terms of the Companys Internal Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company would remain closed for the Designated Persons covered under the said code of the Company from July 28, 2018 till 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results on August 11, 2018.
