In compliance of Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 1st November, 2018 has considered and approved Standalone Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors for the half year ended on 30th September, 2018. Also we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. as Registrar and Transfer agent for further activities relating to shares of the Company. Letter of appointment of Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. is enclosed herewith.
