TALBROS AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2018 ,inter alias, to consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. Further as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the closure of Trading Window for the above purpose shall commence from August 06, 2018 and will end on August 15, 2018 (both days inclusive).
