With reference to the notice issued on August 6, 2018, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on August 14, 2018 have inter alia approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2018. In terms of the above, we are enclosing herewith the following: 1. Unaudited financial results of the Company and Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 under Ind AS, which have been approved and taken on record at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today. 2. Limited Review Report (Consolidated & Standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 from our Statutory Auditors.
